SHIPPING AND SHIPPING FEE
All the orders will be shipped worldwide from Japan by EMS within 7 business days after your payment confirmation. Shipment tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has been shipped out. We are not responsible of any damage or loss consequently to the shipping of the goods. If your item was damaged during delivery, please contact the delivery company and our customer service.

Please note that the prices of above apply to orders of up to 3 pairs of tights. Depending on the weight of the parcel, there may be additional shipping fee: in that case, our staff will promptly inform you by e-mail, and your order will be pending until we get your confirmation to process the order.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal payment only. You will receive a PayPal invoice by our staff when your order get confirmed. Please pay the invoice within 7 days from its issue date.
Please note that we cannot mark down the value of your package, as well as mark it as gift. You will be responsible for any Custom Clearance Fee your Country may apply on your order.
ORDER CHANGES AND RETURNS
We will accept returns for defected goods only. Any return application must be within 7 days after you receive your shipment. Please note that if your item is sold out, you will be given a refund.

The District Court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office shall have the exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise consequently to the access of our Overseas Limited Order Service.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan without reference to principles of conflict of laws.
